Me and @Horatio called it years back.
Mfloppe is 100% going to be ripped up after this game to go along with the 4-0 game. He looks shameful out there. He isn't going to leave either so Madrid will basically be forced to have him until the end. Not 100% but this could mean the end of the Real Madrid UCL era. Guy is a winger that is in decline. 0 effort.
Playing at 9 is going to cause so many issues with Bellingham/Rodrygo as well. Because they have to have a 4 man midfield to make up for his defensive deficiencies. Bellingham is now held to the standard of his 1st season basically forever but plays a totally different role now. Rodrygo is the odd man out every time. If they did play a 433 with Bellingham at the 10 and Rodrygo at RW they have 0 defense cover because Vasquez is God awful.

At least Dinho had some awesome years, Mbappe just arrived. Looks like the 100m/y contract in Paris put out his fire. Or maybe it's easier to shine in the french league.

3 months in and we're still asking the same questions of how to fit Vini, Mbappe, Jude and Rodrygo together.
At least now Vini somewhat is out of the equation, but that also removes the LW option for the others.
I am very curious how Madrid will look in 2026 seeing as 2025 might be too early to ship either of Vini/Mbappe. Think they will get one more season together.

Rodrygo is sent to the bench.
The biggest question is Jude and Mbappe tbh. Both occupy the same areas.
Mbappe isn't LW btw, but he is a SS that is more comfortable playing behind a no9, sort like old Messi and CR7 in his last RM years. On paper they would be lusted as wingers, but they were playing freely.
