LFP give four Barça players awards
Messi has been chosen as the best player and striker of the 2011-12 season, whilst Iniesta was voted best midfielder, Puyol won the Fair Play award and Bartra declared the best defender in the Second Division
Awards are based on votes made by fellow players and coaches for the best footballers in the top two divisions
Barça once again dominated the LFP awards which are given to the best players in the first and second divisions from the 2011.12 season, with four players wining in five categories.
Messi and Iniesta awarded again
Leo Messi has repeated his feats of the 2008/09 season under Guardiola and taken the awards for best player and best striker after once again topping the La Liga goal scorer table with 50 goals.
Andrés Iniesta also won the award for the best midfielder for the third time, having previously taken it last season and in the 2008/09 season.
Fair Play award for Puyol
Club captain Carles Puyol also won a trophy, after his fellow players and coaches voted him the Fair Play Award and his fellow defender Marc Bartra took the Best Defender Award for the second division in the 2011/12 season.
