This team's problem always lie in concistency at defending. Look at the last few games.
Even when we lose 8-2 we scored two! I'm not saying messi who create the two (blurry and don't want to watch it anymore). But certainly the 8 isn't his fault.
In every team where they conceded 8 goals, a striker not participating enough in defense (you will get many of them), certainly not at fault.
He contributed to 41 goals in la liga alone last season. Something that directly his influence.. conceded 38 goals only speaks a little fraction of contribution in a striker's role.
