Well, he won something didnt he? He, a Liverpool legend, got 1,5 season while Brendan got much more, achieving nothing.

Finishing second is more impressive than winning one of the cups. Small teams do that all the time.

Kloop was so mentally worn out in that last season in dortmund is a 4/5 month break really going to have re-invigorated him that much?

What the board there are not realising is that money is, unfortunately, a key factor in the EPL. They could have any manager in the world but they have not got a budget of city, Chelsea, man Utd and maybe even Arsenal so therefore, the chances of success are slim. For the next couple of years, if the new manager can get them back into the top four he would have done excellently.

Klopp has told friends that he expects to return to management within the next two weeks, despite refusing to name his destination.

Dont know why Klopp would go there. Surely he could find an easier or better job? Liverpools team is average, no winning mentality, the club have so many problems.

Because he's no glory hunter? Because he values club history? Heck, maybe even because he likes Liverpool and grew up when they were dominating in the 80s?
Take your pick.

I admire that he would take a challenge instead of taking an easy route. Yeah, like pep or many else did and will.

Yeah, respect to him if he takes over Liverpool. That is a real challenge. I just think there is a big risk involved, could end up hurting his own career, as many others have over the years over there.

Klopp strikes me as someone who'd go to a club with history & not value money as much, so good luck to him if it's him appointed. I thought Pep would do the same, but off he went onto easy street.

Not really much you can do with this current team I feel tbh, will need a couple of good windows.

Well he would come in a difficult time. Look at their fixture, u cant train ur team in 1 Week and they understand what to do.
