Thinking about this, wouldn't playing in Segunda B be a step down in a career for a guy with around 50 games in Eredivisie? I know he would train with the first team and maybe get a few games in Copa but still don't know how much he would develop that way. If he wants to come then I think he's certainly worth a risk for the rumoured fee though.
About his playing style Reis reminds me a bit on Vidal and I think we could use a young Arturo in the future. We will have plenty of young midfielders with "Barça DNA" (Arthur, FDJ, Alena, Puig) so I wouldn't mind getting one whose strength is off the ball/defensive work. According to whoscored Reis is 3rd best player in Eredivisie in tackles/game (3.5) and shares 1st place in interceptions/game (2.3) with two defenders. From a few videos I've seen I don't think he's that bad on the ball eitiher but could obviously improve that aspect of his game here playing alongside technically more gifted players.
