Luis Enrique

I have one question to Lucho. Why you completely ignored Aleix Vidal last two months ? I don't believe he was permanently injured.

Vidal was available since round 19 in Liga . Those are 14 games .he was injured during last 2 .so he was available in only 12 Liga games this season .also started 3 and played in another 2 out of 6 games in CDR
He started 6 games and substituted in 3 times .so he wasn't completely ignored

Our coach must have seen what's been going on for the last 4-5 weeks, yet he changed practically nothing. If he sees Ney fuck up time after time after time after time, than scream at him and tell him to keep it simple - yet nothing. Suarez offside 10 times, tell him to keep 1 or maybe even 2 meters onside and play it cool - nothing. Messi walks around, nothing. Raki running around like headless chicken, nothing. It looks like he lost control over the team, just back to the worst Tata tactics - just trying to get our RB to cross and keep our fingers crossed. OMFG it's bad!

I get this Tata vibe from him right now. He knows that he's gone at the end of the season so he can't be bothered to give a fuck.

While he doesn't have that great of a bench, he himself is partly responsible for that. Signing the wrong players and accepting the wrong signings too(Vermaelen, Lord :douglas: and co.)

But he should still try something different if it's not working out. Neymar and Suarez were horrible. Just horrible. Could have tried to bring on Munir and Vidal even if they aren't that great of subs.

He seems a bit lost tactically. I think any other coach would be also considering we had not lost for 39 straight games with the same tactics.

What tactics? Suarez running offside 10 times? Ney loosing each and every f***ing ball? Messi walkig around? Busi playing like Gravesen? Raki playing like Fellaini? Alba playing like sh*t? If he sees we're in deep sh*t, you change something up, not try the same thing over and over again for the past 5 weeks - it's bad management, it awful management!

Tell me what exactly he is supposed to do with all the things you mentioned?

I can understand your point but you have to look at it from luchos perspective. This same team was unbeatable for 39 straight matches, was considered a contender for the greatest football team ever 4-5 weeks ago, etc etc.

He is in the sidelines absolutely shocked. Think of it like a thousand yard stare scenario, he is just shocked, doesn't know what hit him in these past few weeks....

Now he has a Neymar who is just dogshit, messi who turns it on only when he feels like it, absolutely horrible wing backs, raki who is a shadow of last season, an iniesta who is clearly on the downtime of his career, bravo who has been mediocre this season.

There isn't much he can do. What will munir, bartra, verma, arda, or rafinha exactly change? His bench options are very limited compared to last season.

Well he wanted Nolito but didn't get him. He at least knows he needs a better bench.

He's probably burned out like Pep was. He might already have decided to resign. I can't blame him for that but he needs to give a fuck until he actually leaves. Because of last season, I'll never hate him but it's disappointing if he really doesn't give a fuck right now.

Also, we're in trouble if he leaves. Who do we get to replace him?

That's great, but why didn't he ask Nolito be signed in the Summer with Arda and Aleix when his buyout was lower?

Small details.

Apparently the board had to resign if they spent more than 4m in January and you know :bartomeu: would no way in hell do that

He wanted Nolito and D.Suarez and get neither .Coaches are also never in full control of the transfers (and never should be ,because coaches can't watch/scout players as overtime job) and he didn't want the likes of Vermaelen or Douglas .those we on Zubi .nevermind that he wanted Pedro to stay but he was allowed to leave anyway

PS: I am not into bringing excuses and it is a bit off-topic .but the ban really fucked us up . No matter how long Arda & Vidal trained the 6 month of no regular football hurted them and their integration in the team badly .the squad was really thin in the 1st half of the season and we had to overplay it and there was no room for much rest

Right now it is really difficult for Lucho .we are unlucky that we will be playing 2 games a week even after being knocked out of CL .this squad could have used some rest and some off time .but we won't get it for the time being

Because he was trying to keep Pedro
