Last time I've seen him pull something out of his ass when we really need him was that goal against neverkusen, now all he offers is his chemistry with Messi and keeping him happy.

I think that he wants to have the same privileges as Messi. Playing every week without defensive responsibilites. While that works for Leo, it doesn't work for him plzs it hurts the team. Defending 4-5-0 is quite easyier than the 4-4-0, which is also one of the reasons, why we were The Walking Dead in our midfield a month ago. Suarez still turns up in quite a few games, but if he is playing twice a week, he soon becomes The Walking Dead himself.

Sell off to China now when we can still get something.
His value is declining at an astronomical pace.

Yeah. We should sell him before we have to pay someone to take him. China would pay him huge wages because he would be the biggest name in their league.

What I think happens: He will play next season and he will do okay. He will pot another 20 goals in LaLiga but not gonna do anything special in CL like usual. Then hopefully they move on from him after next season.

Because you don't follow La liga at all . His equalizer against Sociedad at Anoeta was one of his best in Barca colors. So does his assist to coutinho against Valencia in CDR semi final in Mestella

Lmao shut ur dumbass up, I watched every barca game for I don't even know how many years, how are you gonna compare some irrelevant 45min Sociedad goal or a 14min goal against Valencia when I'm talking about a late game goal in Champions League when we actually needed him. In that game we looked like we are dominating but we just had no chance to get into their net, but then Suarez actually pulled something out of his ass.

STFU .You said last time Suarez pulled off a performance when we needed him was against Leverkusen . In reality he stepped up against RSD in Anoeta , which was our toughest fixture and we were 2-0 behind . first time in a decade we won a league match there . For you it might be irrelevant ,but for any true fan it's a defining moment. One of the reason why Barca are invincible in league . If there is anything that is irrelevant it's the goal that you mentioned . We would have qualified for the knockouts anyway had we drawn the game with Sergi's goal .

Suarez scored tons of goals and many of them crucial ones. Also, he had been unparalleled in team spirit over last 3 years. He deserves nothing but our respect.

We do have to build around Messi though and we are to move back to 4-3-3 variant I too think we would benefit from more technical and faster player in the front mix.

Would be best to rotate a lot next season and use Suarez or Dembele depending on opponents.

Why the fuck are you even talking to me, literally just trying to stir up some nonsense from nothing, I said last time Suarez pulled something out of his ass instead of just scoring a goal, there is a difference when you just score a goal and when you're in a situation when nothing is happening, and you're just desperate for someone to step up, and if that Anoeta 45min goal gives you those feelings then I guess you are the real barca fan, congratz to you.

Yes that Anoeta game gave me everything you mentioned . It erased all the torrid experience i had over the years watching us getting humiliated there . Luis Suarez was top notch that day in every sense . Not just scoring a goal . And when he scored it was a golazo . Nothing short of magical 45 minutes . Leverkusen game is not even relevant compared to what we are gonna achieve after this season .

It's nice to read a reasonable and fair post.

The problem with having Suarez in our squad next season is that the only position in a 433 he can play is through the middle, which is where Messi will play. Unless Valverde unfortunately plans on sticking with 442, then I think keeping him will end up doing more harm than good.
