Moyes was always a strange choice but United were going to have transition problems, regardless of who would be coach...SAF never resolved that CM issue, relying on 40 year olds and players coming out of retirement...He got the most out of that squad but they have a major gap in terms of squad technical quality compared to the top half of the table in England...That won't change over night

That being said, Moyes has looked completely out of his depth at a big club...Ironic to see Martinez turn his Everton side into a more entertaining and competitive side in less the time it took for the Scot to tarnish the image of United...Wonder how soon the Glazers will want to sack him
