Another promising midfielder coming through Villarreal's youth system. After Javi Calleja's return to Villarreal's bench and with Manu Trigueros out injured Morlanes has started to get regular playing time over the last month and he's done really well. He has 3 assists in around 600 minutes played in La Liga so far. He's been a captain of Spain's U17 and U19 teams. Probably not many people outside of Spain are talking much about him but I believe this will change over the next few months/years. His buy out clause is apparently set at around 20M so hopefully Barça is also keeping an eye on his development.
