I don't know of any UK institutions where an 18 year old would sit an exam at the end of February.

Yep unless it's a mock or some random private school exam board there is no way he is sitting an exam.
Amazing start to his career however it's impossible to live up to the hype he is going to get now. Most of his goals was right time right place, reminds me of a more technical Hernandez.
