Lad's looking like he's the real deal, and he's only getting started. It's a shame he probably will miss Sunday's game vs Liverpool through injury

If he keeps improving, he might leave the PL for Barca or Madrid in a few years.

Lol what? Nope. Definitely don't see him making it to the biggest clubs like Barca, Real, Bayern. He'll probably stay in the PL and become a solid first team player for Chelsea or the likes of Tottenham/Everton, if he moves. Definitely do not see any massive greatness in him, not even for City level, much less Barca/Real. Saka and Foden are much more exciting and interesting in that regard, as far as English youngsters go.

What? Have you seen him play this season? Looking at your reply it's clear you haven't!

Let me put it to you this way, for all the money Chelsea have spent and all the great individual players Chelsea can call upon, Mason Mount is their best player and everything goes through him (creative wise), he's brill!

Chelsea's big transfers were just overhyped Europa league players. Their golden boy isn't that special, he doesn't have the talent to excel at Barca or Madrid level.

The kind of delusional cheap shots insecure fans make to convince themselves they're still at the top. English players rarely leave England. English players who break through in a top PL club are even less likely to leave. When was the last time such a player left for Madrid/Barca? Owen, Beckham...?

almost no English players have been good enough for Barca or RM for a while until the last 2-3 years

Steady. There were plenty good enough.

Cole, Ferdinand, Terry, Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, Kane etc all be good enough at points before last 2-3 years.

Kane belongs in the last 2-3 years category while the rest were only good enough at least 10-15 years ago. Lamps and Terry dont count as they would have been exposed in La Liga like they were with the NT.

Terry and Lampard easily would have got in Barca/Real teams at points during their careers and were doing it in EPL at time was strongest league going as well.

Kane has been a top striker for longer than 3 years ago.

Can add Scholes/Sterling and most likely others but it is easy to name many.
