Yeah Paul Joyce suggests that and he's considered tier 1 for Liverpool.

Wouldn't be surprising if they found something wrong with one of his knees that are making them have second thoughts. He suffered a bad ACL injury not to long ago.

He passed his medical, they had a second opinion on his knee.

By all accounts its Lyon that want to wait till today so that the money goes into their 18/19 seasons accounts.

Something to do with being a PLC company.

It's gonna destroy Fekir before the World Cup ... terrible news for him and the Bleus ... That's why mercato and negotiations shouldn't open before a World Cup or any international competition.

Never heard of a club trying to lower a transfer fee after a medical rather than just abandoning the deal altogether. Sounds shady as fuck from Liverpool's standpoint.

Think Man Utd did same when Barca signed Ronaldinho.

They had agreed a fee at least and then when he was due to sign they offered less and he ended up at Barca.
