I mean, La Liga defenses are far more disciplined than EPl, which is considered the best league right now. The French league is a joke, just look at every other team. There is no consistency in that league besides PSG, and the reason we call it the Farmer's League is obvious.

Not about individual quality of the defenders, but how they are organized, plus the massive difference between PSG and everyone else, even If a few teams are well organized and have decent players, it's still a joke league.

The thing is, nobody cares what you think or feel. In reality, the market is much hungrier for French defenders than their Spanish counterparts because the former country has consistently developed better players in that area of the pitch for a decade or more.

Never mind the fact that Ligue 1 has never lacked defensively. That and nor physicality have never been in question(Messi himself confirmed this).
