Pedro still killing it at age 37. 5 goals and 2 assists in all competitions, 84 minutes per goal, 420 minutes played

Serie A stats for Lazio this season

TBH, his stats in Italy (Roma, Lazio) would be even higher if his teammates were aware of his excellent positioning and fed him properly. Most of his goals come opportunistically, not from assists from his teammates. Part of that's due to selfish players, and I think part of it is due to his teammates simply not giving him enough credit, as he is such a team player. If I were his coach, I'd be telling his teammates "Look for Pedro!"

This shot from today is a perfect example. I can't tell you how many times I've seen situations like this during his time in Italy, where he's wide open and ignored.

And another game winner today, in extra time, Lazio vs Porto in the Europa League. Scrappy poacher's goal to win and save Lazio's perfect record. After a full 90+ minutes of running up and down as he always does. At age 37. No wonder fans love him no matter where he goes.
