Everton and Napoli?

He was what 3 years combined at those clubs. Parma with their golden generation, Juve, Milan under Berlusconi, Bayern, QSG, Abramovich Chelsea, R.Madrid x2. That are the clubs Carlo managed.

5 league titles in almost 30 years is much worse than Peps CL record.

Can't compare Carlo to Pep it's not even close.

If pep continues in their trend in a 30 year career he will have about 18-20 league titles, 4 CL.

Already a top 5 manager all time, if he continues like this it's number 1 without a doubt.

I don't think he will be managing that long though, maybe another 5-8 years Max, so that's another 3/4 league titles minimum, 1 more CL.

4 CLs ? with exactly 10 years without a single CL win outside FCB dream team, he needs between 36 to 40 years !! :D

He is good for the Leagues titles.

Folk seem to forget how much Pep did to put that Barca team together and write off those CL wins.

He created the best team of all time.

Guardiola has won the Champions League twice in his career, and both of those titles were with the biggest dream team in history of football.

Carlo won the local league in the major top 5 leagues, in the world and reached CL final 5 times, wining 3 of them (pending the 4th).

Pep a WHOLE DECADE later after departing FCB failed with Bayern top squad, and ManCity humongous budget.

So to be faire for him as said he is

1. Very very good at forming Squads (if not the best in recent history)
2. Very efficient for league titles
3. Not the guy you want for elimination tournament (even at FCB he costed us the 2010 CL with his stubbornness, and nearly costed us more if not for Messi/Iniesta/Xavi brilliance)
4. 0% a NT will hire him for the WC

Big L for all the pep haters, I know most of y'all where waiting to come on here and shit on the man who brought Barcelona it's greatest moments.

Lol

I'd say that Pep made a big mistake against Madrid by not bringing Sterling on for Mahrez so they didn't really have much attackers on when Madrid equalized and they went on to lose, he brought him on today though and it worked

National teams would easily try to hire him, he's hot an interesting profile

I have some Pep hater friends, Liverpool fans, whom have fallen for the narrative that City have oil-money power and basically they won EPL because of that. It's not like Liverpool are broke, right?

Too bitter and shallow statements IMO.
