I presume you refer to Ancelotti. Yes, his style is very conservative Italian school, but given the quality in squad it can deliver. Success brings greatness, nobody remembers great football when it brings nothing in result. Like Netherlands during 1974 WC final they lost to West Germany.

So if you want to know who in is the last decade for example, put a calculator and make a sum.

If some managers are too close to each other, league titles can separate them.

Anything else is subjectiveness, and is a matter of taste.

Example of biased view : I don't like Zidane style/RM, so him winning 3 fucking CLs in a row is nothing compared to the style of Pep or Valverde winning the league titles !!!
