I'm Guessing if we Knock City out, Pellegrini is gone in the Summer. They caught some Lucky breaks last season with Liverpool,Chelsea and Arsenal shitting the bed towards the end of the season winning city the title, but this year with Chelsea well in Command I doubt City will put up with Pellegrini anymore.

I think they are talking about the fact that having 4 players in the wall that far from goal was a bad decision as it made defending the rebound difficult.

The PL has drastically regressed from their 06-11 heyday. What's shocking is the amount of money they still get, but if they do not learn how to invest it properly, they're going the way of the Serie A in 3-4 years.

Im sure they will bounce back, maybe not to the glory days of 2005-2008, barca, real and bayern are too strong for that. PL has the most money as a whole, but most players would choose the spanish gigants even so, or even Bayern. But it goes in waves, im quite sure Chelsea will make a strong comeback quite soon, they are a solid cl-team most of the time.

They need to change their approach to youth football. What they teach to kids, what is most important in modern football etc.
And of course stop using those ancient tactics. Some teams in the PL does not even know what pressing or counter-pressing (immediate and organized attack to win a lost ball back asap) is. It is ridiculous.
Some clubs like Chelsea might win titles in Europe but it will only be with a non-English coach and most of the players being non-English too. But the national team is fucked.
