Why have so many chosen City on the poll? Pep's City is a work in progress, and it will take some time before the new and old acclimatize to his vision and philosophy.
Chelsea, on the other hand have bought a warrior, looks a more settled side whilst not having to worry about the CL. Likewise ManU, who can rely on the league legend, and Mou's result oriented approach. I mostly see the former as fav, closely followed by MU.
Chelsea had a very poor season, and haven't really strengthened.
I don't see them being favourites over City, United or even Arsenal and Tottenham.
Rumors are that Pep is going to choose Cabellero to start over Hart for the game vs Sunderland.
If city want Ter Stegen that badly pay up the 80 Million or fuck off.Story says City are stepping up their efforts to sign ter Stegen too. Looks like Pep has seen enough of Hart already lmao.
Where they finished last season is irrelevant this season. They have bought Batshuayi and Kanté. And linked to Koulibaly and couple of other strikers. All the spotlight this summer has been on the manchester clubs, but Conte has been quietly strengthening his side. And under him, Chelsea will go back to being a tactically hard side to beat.

I'd honestly sell him for 40m, if that meant signing a rb.
And sign a new GK in 2-3 years for 40m too?
Because that's the direction the market is going towards.
Yes. The rb position is more worrying, imo. This situation is heading this way, anyway. So at least we'd get to solve the rb problem now, and not next season.
The RB solution would've been Alves staying another season tbf.
Bellerin, Cancelo, Fabinho etc. All got issues either defensively or attacking-wise in the latter's case.
I wish they'd solve the defensive issues, and get someone like Fabinho. Let the rcm do the attacking now. There isn't a perfect Alves replacement, anyway.
But if we want a defensive RB then why not just let Roberto do the job for a season? He does have some positioning issues, but he's done a decent job and his flaws can be worked on.
Even if someone like Fabinho comes, he'll need time to adapt anyway coming from a defensive side like Monaco with a completely different set-up.
