It is, but at the same time it would take a win against City to convince me, cause I can't see them challenging for the title, at least not this season yet. Top 4 yes, for sure, but that's about it. Next round vs Liverpool might be a good indicator, although I actually don't see Liverpool challenging for the title this season either, so maybe not.

Arsenal arriving this season as a top 10 team in Europe. Still have to keep it up and prevent a characteristic meltdown post January.

Title probably not. Not tested enough for that
But I wouldnt write them off in a European cup tie anymore, whoever the opponent is. More so if they get a good result vs City or on-form Pool

Conte complete opposite side of the coin
Son's form made some difference in them getting into Europe
