City have turned so bad so quickly it almost makes me wonder whether some news about the court case has filtered through and they kinda know that relegation is coming. Pep supposedly said that he'd guide the club through that if it happened, so maybe that explains the extension too.

Yeah you need good players to do it. Lesser teams will put themselves in trouble more often, you see it a lot. It's still admirable they try though - naive, but admirable.
