Pep should have left in the summer and definitely need to leave after this season, but as mentioned this happens to every manager. Cycles come to an end or you essentially lose the attention of your players.

Haaland is a linebreaker, who has pace and strength, good at finishing. But Pep's footballl is so slow and stale and just about short passes that he is completely wasted.

Manures defense is shit, give Haaland some space on a counter and he'll score.
