I wonder about the motivation of Qatar investing in PSG and TV rights for Ligue 1, when everything is mediocre again. I understand if it's part of the arms deals between France and Qatar worth dozens of billions.

Honestly I can't name one player outside of PSG playing in Ligue 1.
