Shocking 2nd half, the quality going forward was nowhere. They looked so dangerous for most of the first half, like they could have run away with it. And I feel the first goal they conceded was preventable.

All in all it ended up being a rather poor quality match, other than a few nice moments. Neither team are worth worrying about if they continue to play like this.

We'll see what Chelsea are made of when they face a top side. They have not faced one all season. ;)

We're definitely not as good as Real Madrid or Bayern, but we're a better chance to beat them than anyone but maybe Atletico. They are the 2 best sides in the world.

I hope you're not referring to Barca with that defence as a top side when you asked me that question..? They had the looks of an Arsenal side that can actually score, and PSG were lame for more than half the match.

Barca are definitely a top side, regardless of the iffy defence. I confess that you would have a very good chance of beating us

I get your concerns Bertus and you certainly know the team better than any of us here but I was impressed with PSG tonight. They are one of the best teams in the world at maintaining possession of the ball under pressure. They played some lovely stuff at times. They could have offered more in attack, especially in the 2nd half but they had their chances. Lucas should have scored their 2nd in the first half and then Bartra had his triple clearance in the 2nd half. On a different day they might have gotten a result.

There are talents in this team, but like almost all french medias said, PSG players are in Self-Management mode for now almost 10 months.

We know that fact because journalists from RMC and Le_Parisien investigated via people and players from the dressing room, and Blanc has 0 authority. That's why he subs verratti out instead of Motta, because Motta is better friend with Zlatan and TS so the latters decide who does stay and who doesn't. It's not based on performances, it's based on some players that do whatever they want because Blanc completely lost that battle. Same for Marquinhos. DL can do horrible, he will never be replaced with marquinhos, despite the latter being a monster since the start of the season. (I believe the defense would have been better with Marquinhos last night, DL was poor)

That's why there's no tactic either. When we win, it's only based on the players that self-buff themselves and hope that something good will happen on the field.

I guess you know what I mean since there was a part during last season in which barcelona players were also in self-management mode since there was a wall between them and Tata.

Good job Blanc!

Best coach ever.

So. Blanc has zero authority. Nasser says he hopes this will be the last defeat of the season. Then PSG lose to guingamp.

What do you make of that ?

and now Blanc said the team lost because it lacked focus and forgot/ignored his instructions.

I personally think Nasser was a complete idiot to say a few days ago that he hoped the Camp Nou defeat would be the last of the season. That was PSG's first loss this season, the longest unbeaten run in Europe. Didn't he learn from Ancelotti ? Also why point out a specific result when the team's problems clearly lie elsewhere ?

on a side note. pretty amazing two weeks for Guingamp! From 20th to 13th, beat PSG, qualified for Europa league KOs

At least PSG fans have some fun. What a terrible season so far.

Terrible game tonight again.

PSG won against one of the poorest clubs (ranked #12) from french second division.

Thanks god Lavezzi got injured. He produces less than players from ajaccio. Terrible.

They have only lost once this season in the league, but the points dropped with draws are the reason they have the same amount of points as Marseille (38), who have a game in hand. They can even drop 3rd if Lyon wins aswell.
