La Furia

Legion of Doooom
Sevilla were already a walking corpse by the time we pounced for Daniel and Seydou (and then Adriano). they were well compensated for all of them (and had Alves not gone to us he would have gone somewhere, he wanted to leave). and Valencia were very handsomely rewarded for Villa.

sometimes I can't tell if you even like Barcelona. but then I remember you are monumentally pessimistic and negative about everything relating to your teams in futbol, and you romanticise the fuck out of smaller teams who play with a bit of swagger, attaching yourself as much to them as to your own team.

I'm guessing you feel guilty about supporting a big dog, and your inner socialist is pounding at the door of equality that guards your heart, trying to wedge an underdog through the crack above the floor, but they always get stuck halfway so you cannot help but like them and support them in the face of the overshadowing behemoths, even if one of those is the team you hold in your heart.

You are a legend.

he's not shit. he made a horrifically bad career move.

Why you so happy about Taarabt signing Gio!? Because he hails from your country?

As far as I see it, he is not someone you want in your dressing room... He seems to have too big an ego for a player of his stature, thinks he's a Ronaldo or something!!

If being from the same nationality works you would have seen me first in line to praise Benzema but that's not the case don't you think ?
Taarbat actually is similar to Benzema in many things.. early promise , wrong move to Spurs promised by Damien that it will be another Arsenal .. big ass ego that led him to two years in second division but now he is more mature and started to flourish in the English second division with QPR 15 goals and 15 assists in 37 games...
he has it all .. shots , dribbles, pace and above all young .. a useful player to replace Ozil in case of injuries

Taarabt is not French, neither is Benzema really. But yes, he has been promising for QPR and scored some really good goals.

But why buy Taarabt when you have Canales?

Haha I just asked if that were the case man, didn't brand you...but since you brought up Benzema anyway, it's not like he chose to play for your country so it's kinda like a moot argument don't you think? ;)

I know he's a talent, remember he was linked to us too, but his ego is a let down. Also his frequent sellinghimselftoclubs isn't to my liking. And then his statements regarding the national team. He might have 'matured' lately but I'm skeptical about it

Canales need to play more he will be moving on loan most probably , Taarbat went through this already
( i know he joined Morocco to get regular national team football )

Thing is most talents have personal issues , all comes down if you can trim it or put it through a team performance..
i think he did that at last..i might be wrong but i think he did (i agree he had a massive ego )
