I'm pretty sure there are enough examples of the last years to have a defamation lawsuit. I mean they published a video where it explained Barca was favoured by the Franco regime. It's absurd the shit they publish on regular basis.
But you can also go another way and try to sue them for trying to influence spanish football. They have a huge audience, are a free tv broadcaster in spain. I'm sure they long crossed the line from critics to try and influence the public and refs against Barca. If you want, you find something to start a lawsuit.

Just read no player gave an interview after the game, for the second time after Mallorca, even to their own cancerous MadridTV (They will probably blame Barca for it somehow). Real Madrid have said they've decided to "provisionally reschedule" all upcoming concerts at their Santiago Bernabéu stadium over noise concerns, after complaints from local residents.

Madrid have been forced to reschedule all concerts for the rest of 2024 and early 2025 in thier new stadium, due to noise complaints and in order to abide by city rules.

All that money, with a fancy roof, and still they can't keep the noise level down?. Terrible design from all angles, never seen a stadium cost so much to only look worse lol.

But no worries the city council will soon adjust their rules about noise to help papa Perez out
