Anyone else noticed this young talent playing for Juventus in the Champions League ?
Please feel free to tell something about him. I enjoyed his play alot...very technical ...dribbler...

I like Giovinco. He is fast, technical and has a decent shot. One for the future for Juve

I still remember him saying: "I'm better than Messi." It was in some interview I can't remember. But, yeah he is fast and agile; a very good young talent.

He played great for Italy in the Olympics this summer. A really nice player to watch, a little like Messi but man he cant even compare himself with him... quite a stupid statement

He definitively have the potential to be one of the best. The comparison to Messi is maybe far fetched today. But in Italy many teams have an average age of 32 So their young talents don't get the chance cause' they rather bring Beckham back from USA?! I'm still surprised Pato got to play for Milan that young (not young if you compare to when we start to play our youth players). I've heard about Giovinco maybe two years ago, and they just started to play in the first team. I really hope that Juve will destroy Inter next season! BTW, I saw that the Inter fans showed Mourinho what they thought about him BIG LOL!

I don`t think that he`s a kind of player that would replace Del Piero. I see him more as a midfielder.

I think and hope that Giovinco will be the better. Balotteli has got some serious issues with himself. He could spend some of his money to get some therapy But you are right Bojan, I also see Giovinco more as a midfielder than a Del Piero type. He's more like Iniesta IMO. Small, fast, technical, good vision and passing.

Yes Balotelli's acting has been questionable but he is 3 years younger than Giovinco and has got more time to develop... when Giovinco was 18 we had hardly heard of him.

They have now said they are interested in Cassano but denied that Giovinco would ve included in an eventual deal
