Too slow and is dragging the team down.
People used to praise another slow player like Pique having great defensive games the past few years, but it was obvious how his lack of speed(plus Lenglet's) was letting opposition players dribble comfortably into the Barca half and set up.

Need to get rid of Busquets and make structural changes to Barca's play style.

Why does he insist on heading a ball back to the opponent with nobody around him? seen him do it so many times, why not take the ball down? he heads it back and then turtle mode runs trying to get back.

He had some bad decisions (like the one mentioned about heading the ball to opponents while unmarked) but it's due to the lack of confidence in his abilities due to age. For once, he was good in Europe and isn't to blame for the loss. stunning.
