He should do what Xavi and Iniesta did and move on from Barca now. Rather he moves to the MLS this summer instead of signing an extension.

We are broke, I am keeping Busqets for more season then getting player like Parejo.

I would even renew him for one more season if we bring let's say Zubimendi, rather thrn bring some idiots from Bilbao or Granada.

Ofc on one year contract and him being backup option.

Xavi found a system where he can still look decent. But we never winning CL with him.

Almost another game though where a misplaced pass was gonna cost us the win.

Almost, for 10 years running. But, like vuji said, id rather have him then bring the likes of parejo or zubimendi. He's even this slow and brainfart prone a space shuttle for them

Still think he can contribute but made some big mistakes (again). In a perfect world we would skip him, but with our finances we still need him. If he accept low wages and a lesser role next season - very much so in Europe, then I could even accept him for another 2 years (summer 2025).
