In terms of level and quality of play, the 3-0 vs Bayern takes the cake for sure. Factor in the extremely high stakes, the unfinished business with BM and the sheer brilliance of Messi (and to a lesser extent Neymar and basically everyone in the team) and you have an epic game right there. Then, it has to be the CL final. Not the greatest game from our part, but still good enough to bring home the 5th European Cup and wrap up a glorious decade for our club.
The 3-1 versus Atleti was also a milestone as well as a masterful performance from our part. It was also the linchpin for our epic end of season run-in. Our games vs PSG were also quite good and let's not forget about the Clasico (2-1) RM had us on the back foot for extended periods in that match, but our quality shone through in the end.
What should also have been a landmark game, was the home game versus City. I swear to God we could have won that game by anything from 5 to 10 nil. Great football all around except from a combination of bad luck (hitting the post 3 times?) great Joe Hart saves, and poor finishing (as well as a wrongly disallowed goal from Alba) denying a quite ridiculous scoreline. Maybe it was better that our chances were not converted in that game, as we could have gotten too complacent and our opponents super-negative as a result.
