The Yaya debate: How would you decide?

The 'Yaya debate', involving Busquets and Pep, is seemingly getting endless. There however has to be made a solution. Now the facts:

Busquets was given more playtime from Pep than Yaya (3458 minutes over 2268 minutes in liga/CL/copa). Now it doesnt matter anymore, if it came from favoritism (Busquets being the son of a former team mate of Pep), the belief that Busquets is the better player or a different choice of tactical tools (as both players are obv not identical. Fact is that there isnt a bond anymore between the coach and the player in question and cooperation will be undoubtedly badly affect. Its not sure if there are also problems within the team, i.e. between Yaya and other players (i dont see indication at least), but i am sure that this problem alone will affect the whole team and its performance negatively. It seems natural that player feeling to be treaten unfairly create an unfriendly atmosphere and should not function within the team, on the pitch anymore.

Now that the main course of this is the relationship between Yaya and Pep, and its not only questionable that Pep will change his decision about his preferences, but also the 'history' seems too big, there remain only two options to solve the problem and prevent the negative influence on the teams performance:

1) get rid of Yaya
2) get rid of Pep

Now you choose ...

Well I don't rate Pep as a superb coach, but he is defo bringing to our team much more value than Yaya.

Well, it was meant to be like that, otherwise its hardly a choice were you seemingly give up sth ...

Generally i was stressing it by putting the whole responsibilty solely on Pep already, when i actually find it very likely that the decision against Yaya doesnt come from him alone. Remember how Pep wanted Robinho during the winter break, but was reportedly convinced otherwise by Xavi and Puyol? I am fairly sure that they are also involved here to some extent. It seems natural that Pep doesnt take such decisions alone and esp. not against his captains and vice-captains will.

With that in mind the lack of harmony between Yaya one one side and the coach and fairly likely the captains is undeniable. And it very obvious that this affects the team and its performance negatively (i stated it already in my first post). But im up for offering another choice that sounds rational.

Not at all. Its a way to make up ppls mind and show that this is actually a lose-lose situation, and that it cant be reverted. And it should let ppl figure out which loss is the least.

the 3rd option i would add would be 'Keep both and accept a 10 pts loss in la liga', displaying the disharmony Yayas presence would cause. I know that it is pretty much impossible to exactly quantify this effect, so i boldly estimated a 10% loss of pts, with this seasons 99 pts as reference.
