We could have gotten aguero instead of villa and signing an ageing,injury prone Ts does not guarantee silverware

Villa was anything but a waste of money ,and 3 gr8 years is a lot in football,Villa was the difference between Barca in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 ,that alone makes him worth the money we paid .if TS can have that kind of impact he is worth his price too

Replacing Eto'o was the first mistake.

To try and replace Eto'o with a targetman was definitely a good idea... Only we chose the last player who would have done the job! Ibra, though a beast and tall as hell, is pathetic at aerial ability. He just can't head the ball good. Besides, he is a player who need to have the ball a lot of time to have an intact on the game. We didn't need such player coz of the very good mid fielders we had and Messi. We needed a player who would raise havoc with the defense and bring in an open place for the wide forwards to attack.

In my opinion, Llorente would have suited us perfectly
