Im pretty sure Thiago will leave and go to Bayern. There are some big reasons why he could go there.

1. Pep Guardiola
2. Last year during the Audi Cup Bayern were interested in him and saw his potential. Although there was first contact with Pep.
3. With a player like Thiago Pep could change the style Bayern plays to a more suitable style he knows better/ the posession game. Although this might give him more options to play with a false 9. Or in other positions. He can play everywhere.
4. Big money and more gametime because Bayern plays with 5 in the Midfield and Thiago can play as CDM or ZMD or AMD so he could rotate in every position with him.

Pep is breaking a perfect harmony at Bayern. He doesn't need Thiago, when he already have Kroos or even Gotze. If there's a club who really needs Thiago more than us (because we're going to need him more & more with every day), it's United.
