But doesn't matter, all combined how it fits your ranking of importance to give you a top 5 all aspects taken into account.

I tried to represent as many views that are biased towards talent, leadership, loyalty, midfield, obviously, not all since the options are limited.
But you can totally write your top 5, if you have another one and I will create a v2.
I mean maybe in 4 years we need to add Lamine
