Which games would you say have been our 5 best and worst this season? IMO:
Worst:
1. Bayern 4-0 Barca
We got humiliated and knocked out of the CL. Only ones that come close are the 3-1 loss to RM and the 3-0 loss at Camp Nou to Bayern. I'd say this one was worse than the 3-1 loss to RM though, since it was in a much more important competition.
2. Barca 1-3 Real Madrid
Humiliated by our biggest rivals at Camp Nou. Pretty self-explanatory, I think.
3. Barca 0-3 Bayern
Lost 3-0 at Camp Nou. We didn't even try putting up a fight, which IMO, we should have, scoring 4 goals was possible. Extremely unlikely, but possible. Especially if we got a goal in the first half and brought Messi on in the second.
4. Ac Milan 2-0 Barca
Barely created a chance and almost got knocked out of the CL in the round of 16 against a team that, while underrated (they're 3rd in Serie A and have been in good form in 2013, after all), is one we should have beat pretty easily.
5. Real Madrid 2-1 Barca
Lost 2-1 to Real Madrid's bench.
Best:
1. Barca 4-0 Ac Milan
We came back from 2-0 down, which no team has ever done before, and owned Milan. The fact that we were doubted so heavily before the game (since Messi hadn't scored against Italian teams from open play, we barely created a chance in the first leg, no team had ever come back from 2-0 down in the first leg, we hardly ever keep a clean sheet, etc) and were pretty much out made it that much sweeter. Easily our best game of the season.
2. Barca 4-1 Atletico
We had a slow start, and it did take a wonder goal by Adriano to get us going, but we ended up owning the second-placed team 4-1, in what was probably our most important La Liga game this season (except maybe the first league clasico).
3. Barca 6-1 Getafe
Put 6 past Getafe with quite a few subs playing. They aren't the greatest team, but a 6-1 is always impressive. Especially considering they're competing for a European spot atm.
4. Barca 5-1 Bilbao
Bilbao have been pretty shitty this season, but, again, a 5-1 is impressive. Not to mention we were absolutely dominant.
5. Barca 3-2 Real Madrid
Could have been 4-1, but a brain fart by Valdes made it 3-2. It's a shame we've been so shitty in every other clasico.
