Really really doubt that he'd go to them. City have Kompany and Nastasic while PSG has Silva and Sakho. Marquinhos would be smart to go to a club where defense is a problem and he's a necessary signing, hence Barcelona.

I won't be surprised if we somehow manage to sign our new defender in late-August, so he could easily miss the entire pre-season with the team
