Why do Footballers get married so early?

I swear most 22 year old Footballers get married and start a family.

Marriage is amazing with the right woman but can be a huge pain in the ass for life if you pick the wrong partner.

Plenty who don’t know?

You see it a lot with Brazilians tho. Religious lot.

The only GF that could’ve had me settle down early if I were footballer would be Raphinha’s.

Based on looks only? I mean she might have big issues so it's kinda impossible to tell.........

Yes, based on looks.

But my superior deductive and pattern recognition skills tell me she’s not a complete nutter. For instance, her social media activity has dwindled down. Doesn’t desire attention anymore. That’s a green flag. Raphinha does his celebration in honor of her as well I suspect. Isn’t party animal. I sense a lot of stability and family values.

On the other hand, Raphinha's weird new veneers.....

more important is his performance on the pitch. He's been mediocre for Betis so far and it's unlikely to change. Doubt he will ever play for Barca again.

It is very unlikely. It is kind of disappointment as his technical abilities was always an issue when he was in Brazil, I thought it was Barca accepting to have a poacher at the CF considering the market, but it seems it was one of those cases were they expected him to transform into different player under more attacking system.

I think the goal now is to sell and break even, so to get 30M or so.
Currently he has 7 goals this season (only 1 penalty) but he is underperforming his xG in the league. At 19 in a new team in his first full season in Europe that isn't bad tbh.
If he can build on that next year, he can get around 15-20 goals in the season, as CF at the age of 21 in Liga, some club will take a chance on that, considering the market for CF

My memory might be wrong, but he wasn't signed as goal poacher by Barca. Xavi employed him as an attempt to resolve the missing LW player in his tactics and Roque didn't deliver.

He was absolutely signed as future no9, back in summer 2023.

However, the Winter transfer was a fiasco. His club wanted him to move so they can plan the season without him, rather than just get 2 months of him (they got relegated after that, btw. Lost Roque and their GK) and after Gavi injury we were eligible to sign a player. Deco brought Roque as he was already our player, and his money was going to be counted in the future anyway, Xavi insisted on CDM. Roque arrived after a long injury, with Lewa undisputed, and he was used as winger at times to fill a hole

I'm not sure how much Deco was involved in Roque's transfer. Mateu Alemany and Jordi Cruyff were still in charge in July 2023 when the deal was finalized. If it's inside job, shame, shame...

If true, it looks like his personality is pretty shitty when he can't handle the pressure. With such problems at home, how can you expect a good attitude in training and on the field from a 19 year old.

He's 19. What the fuck did she expect? It's hard enough for men alot older to deal with the stress of professional football. These chick's nowadays will bail at the first sight of any problems. Social media has totally skewed their awareness of the real world.

The idea behind it is to accomodate for career sacrifices. If a woman is a stay at home mom for 25 years for example, kids are now adults (so no child support) and the husband leave (or became toxic, so she file for divorce) how is she going to live or restart her career? She made that career sacrifice with the idea that his work is hers too. Even if there was no kids and she was the one taking care of the house, it is still sacrifice.
So basically a rare exception now days and something that doesn't apply to Roque and his gold digger "wife" at all.
