Whos the best penalty taker?

There are many good penalty takers but my favorite is Ibra and Ronaldinho. I dont think Ive seen Ibra miss a penalty kick but my vote will go to the one and only Ronaldinho. Messi is good too but I dont like it when theres no power, a bit risky.

There are other good penalty takers (Owen Hargreaves, Giuseppe Rossi) but they dont take a lot of penalties and/or arent under real pressure so you cant really judge.

Ballack!! I knew that I forgot someone . I wanted to put him but somehow I forgot, anyway it would be more fair if the Germans arent included in this poll

Hargreaves is also amazing but I thought others would criticize me if I put him in the poll because he doesnt take enough penalties :S, but dont worry I tried to give him some credit by mentioning that he's amazing at PKs in my first post

I voted Lampard, his record over the years is exceptional. They're never anything fancy, but he gets the job done. Villa is like that too. Ronaldinho and Ballack are both immense as well though.

Takes nothing away from how awesome he is at them. And, I bet his penalties from the treatment table are better than the ones taken by some of the England players.
