Yes, Barca would be very fortunate to get a CB of this quality. He already has lots of experience playing with Pique, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets. I think he is doing a little better now with his fouling, that has been quite a problem for him. If he joined Barca, he would no longer have to play against Barca, which is the worst part of his game.

Pepe is a man marker, maybe the best, but otherwise he has defensive problems. Ramos is more of an all-around defender, much better positionally. Ramos passes better, is better on offensive free kicks and corners.

I would say yes. He is a top defender and we would really need someone like him. And for him being sometimes a jerk , asshole , douche , etc ....it's no wonder he is coached by mourinho. Probably this is the way he is told to manifest in the field.

I'm missing so much... but within the spoiler there's a few videos on some of his fouls and red cards. Most notably the last video doesn't contain the challenge that started the brawl (him and Lass doubling up on Messi, if I recall correctly). Neither does this contain fouls older than a few years, but that doesn't mean he wasn't acting like a baboon back then, in fact he was just as bad.

I would never consider Eto'o a madridista, his time there was very short lived. Personally, If I had been old enough when Luis Enrique made a move to Barcelona, I wouldn't of liked it very much either. I did say there were exceptions, and luckily for us he was worth all the yuckiness of such a transfer. But you know I just don't like it. I've been watching Sergio Ramos' horse face kick the shit outta our players and defend those colors for way too many years now for me to just welcome him with open arms. Nah, fuck that.
