Now just watch the team start to play just like before he announced his departure
No, I mean the team it's what it it. But if they collapse how will not be a total clown show to fire Xavi!? That's the risk, collapse, total clown show and getting Rafa vs Tuchel, Motta, Simone or the Flick clap-trap. They had so many options for every road demanded by fans. Barca DNA, pragmatic football, direct football etc.
The only clap-trap not available was Klopp.
But maybe they expect Klopp, Xabi or Pep and they will leave Xavi regardless if a collapse happens.
I would for sure support him regardless if he is 10 because at this point is not his fault.

The same was with Koeman, had a good season but needed some fixes. Laporta had the oportunity to fire him because not winning the league. He didn't, promised some good players to Koeman, keeping Messi, but got rid of Messi and Grizman, the team collapsed and the clown show started and we lost the whole rebuild except we got lucky with Lamine and Cubarsi.
Who was blamed!? Koeman.

I think his economic meltdowns and probably Camp Nou works being way more complex made him choose a scape goat again for his work. If Xavi works Laporta is a genius if not all will just laugh at Xavi the meme.

Now I can't wait to see how the team will respond in regards of how they play in the remaining 6 games left from the season.

My bet is they gonna start losing steam and I wonder how bad it might get untlil the end of the season a bit over a month from now.

First let's see the ingredients list in the summer.
Probably we will not get Mbappe or any top DM. I mean Xavi hasn't the staff to see who is the better DM out on the market and most of the fans want a second Busquets.
Second he thinks tiki-taka is enough to win so no stars in attack. I mean getting Ferran in FCB was all you need to know about the perfect striker for Xavi.
The only hope is Deco forcing some good transfers on him.

In defense of the Catalan fans, they aren't so happy as the kids on the English platforms. I mean they are very realistic about it

Xavi isn’t a real manager btw

He went for the fifa lineup of Gundogan PedrI FDJ

these 3 don’t work together. Period

He has options on the bench including Martinez and Felix for a different formation and to preserve midfield integrity.

The good part is that almost all players except Lamal and Cubarsi at this point can be sold and replaced. The main reason players are too relaxed is also mainly tied to financial situation.

They know the club is struggling to sign players so they have no pressure to deliver every week. If they had strong competition and could be benched, then it's a totally different proposition.

Say you are a CM at this team and your competition is fucking Romeu. Then it's basically zero pressure on you to keep your starting place. Romeu as competition, Gavi out for the season, Pedri almost always injured or struggling physically, then of course you will play all the time, collect your big pay-check courtesy of Bartomeu, and life is beautiful.
