I think Xavi will have learned a lot of things at Barca. Give him some time to reflect. Prolly do better at next club.
That's the good scenario, in which he acquires some self-knowledge: most importantly that he has HELL LOT to learn to become a good coach, and that he has to start from low
So far, this doesn't look like it's happening.
He still thinks jobs in 2nd tier clubs are beneath him
 
				 
 
		 Don't you worry about that. They are still a top team. I don't see the big fuss in pointing at clear things, such as the fact that we are now better than 2 years ago when we faced them last time, and they are in decline.
