Another issue outside the finances is the domestic talents for Spain are currently running a little dry. Likes of England and Germany seem to have the most promising youngsters where 5-10 years ago Spain was dominating that too.

A super league is needed for Barcelona's long term future.

The EPL has been increasing its financial gap over the other leagues this past decade. Enormous media rights deals and sponsorships.

Many fans coped with this by saying Premier League teams are just going to waste all that money by overpaying for players. That's still true but PL teams are starting to get better value for their spending.

Every year without the Super League increases the likelihood of top PL teams saying they don't need to join the Super League.

They won't have a choice if rest of the world joins the super league

True that and maybe their training has improved. Spain is too focused bringing on players without high level physical skills. Yet football is going more physical side nowadays.

Germany? Are they really superior than Spain?
England and France sure, but I don't see many German super talents atm. Musiala is the only obvious one there, Wirtzis injured badly

Xavi Hern?ndez: "The draw? It's the most difficult opponent once again. But we will look forward to it. They are a historic side, they have grown a lot with the arrival of Ten Hag, they have great players. It's the worst draw we could have got."

Yikes, Xavi has his excuses ready to fire

What an absolute joke Xavi is. KOEMAN was bad with excuses but this clown has exceeded him. Spends over 200 million and is now already making excuses despite facing a mediocre It's side.

Total loser.

If that quote is legit we've already lost. For a serial winner he sure is a fucking loser.

The quote is legit. He says this and than states we have to go all out to win the trophy. First win the match in front of you bitch.
I swear this man is annoying as fuck. I could overlook his stupid comments as a player cause he was great on the pitch but as a manager he is detestable. Clueless, arrogant, negative, stubborn, delusional...
