I'm Xavi out

Going out to Frankfurt is unacceptable they had ZERO WINS IN 6 GAMES ABD OUT 3 PAST US

He's only truly been in charge for 4 months. He's not a miracle worker. You just got a preview of what the team could be next season when the right people arrive, the wrong people leave, and if training and compentency is still the same.

Listen Xavi can't change mentality of his players. It's the job of seniors not to fold when the odds are against them. ITts too bad all the clutch, grind to the wall players that kept going all left. Now we need to choose wisely in transfers for players with that mentality.

All the amigos need to leave, they provide nothing and don't even step up when it matters. They're useless, mine as well replace them.

As for Xavi's tactics, he needs to be adjustable. The era of posession based dominance passed already. Tacticians already know how to deal with teams that do that, so there needs to be other options and edges Xavi can use to keep control of the game when plan A fails.

We honestly need a special player for next season. Someone that can bury it into the back of the net consistently and beat a player 1 v 1 a few times every game. Maybe not a Messi level but an Aguero, Eto'o, Rivaldo, Villa kind of level. A clinical striker. If we get Lewandowski so be it but I'd prefer a young talented player that sort out our attacking problems for years to come. Instead of a short solution

Setien and Koeman had us looking good in this shit farmers leagues in spells

I don't want these Harry potter managers being good in spells, I want consistency!

I'm sick of these European humiliations

This forum used to have meltdowns during the 14/15 season whenever we lost or drew.

And that was a season we won the treble, and had the most statistically dominant European season by any club ever (50 W in 60 G, 175 goals scored, 37 conceded).

This is just how fans think. They want a big win in every game ever played.

Are other fan forums this reactionary too? Bigger clubs? fan forums, that is.

People I talk to irl aren't. And they're just foreign fans like the rest of us.

Not from my experience. I think it's peculiar to Barca because a lot of our fans became fans during the Guardiola era where we were so utterly dominant that that's the reference.

I would say Bayern forums are probably the only ones close to as demanding as Barca forums. RM forums tend to be more chill, as they always have the "but we have 13 CLs" to fall back on.

Not sure about Pool forums. Redcafe (United forums) and Juve forums have largely turned defeatist and numb to draws/losses

On the other hand, it’s comforting that all the CL humiliations haven’t lowered Barca fans’ demand for world domination.

They can’t kill our spirit, no matter how immature it is.

I have a love and hate relationship with that fact. Kind of.
