Barcelona are worried that the media would turn attention to the torn up seat shown in the pictures of Ansu Fati and Pedri, and start looking for other torn up seats at the Camp Nou.

from my experience this season, Camp Nou is fine. I've been to Stamford Bridge and Old Trafford, both had way worse and smaller seats. Old Trafford and Stamford have very uncomfortable seats. Your legs almost hit the spectator in front of you when you sit down. (and I am not tall by any means).

Maybe some seats need to be replaced, but never noticed a lot of broken ones.

They will be replaced soon anyway(new stadium).. Why would they replace them with new ones now? Waste of money.

Bobo I do feel extremely let down by him. If he were to begin teaching his players to play the way he did, which he's totally capable of on a technical level, we could have a really bright future. Like I posted earlier he can be better than Pep. We know Puig has the most potential to emulate his level and we've already resigned to a future without him unless he's able to prove himself at another club when no other club in the world comes close to our former style. USA's best setter Lauren Plum who was as elite as they come, phenomenal in college, doing sets the top professional setters in the world never did (actually much closer to best male setters in the world Brazil's Ricardo and Bruno and Iran's Marouf) and she was Puiged on the national team. She ended up playing in the French league for a team with hitters who weren't good enough for her creativity and skill.

In full honesty I know following sports is my escape from the world although as a martial artist I appreciate the parallels and skills involved, but if there's no freedom or joy in the teams then it's only mimicking the sick world we live in.

Interesting discussion to be made about freedom and joy and how to get it out of the players. A player needs a structure in order to be creative, just as the artist needs a canvas. It is a famous "paradox" or what to say, that you can be more creative under strict restrictions (the dogme95 film project was about that, for example). You also need the structure to be sound, in football you need players close by as well as far away, you need timing and connections, and you of course need to take into account that the game is very chaotic, you need to give the players the freedom to solve situations on their own and help each other.

A managers duty can maybe be defined as doing as little as possible in order to give a structure to the players from where they can perform. I think Xavi has gotten it right a few times, but far from always. And we are back once again with the feeling that a clear improvement from week to week can't be observed, it now looks more like spurs of good play interlinked with bad periods in between.

I fear for Puig here tbh, let's hope they don't make him into a kebab

That's what Loserpool thought a few years back too. You just need a great coach and smart transfers and everything will be ok.

😆. It's not that easy especially in the modern era. Back in the day players like Ronaldinho were available for a decent price. He kick started our golden era and than we were lucky enough to have a golden generation plus a great manager.
At the moment club has so many mental scars, it's not funny. First thing is to get rid of the seniors. They should have been shown the door after the Liverpool debacle. That weak pussy Barti let them stay on. Even after an 8-2 loss they stayed on. And now losing to a mediocre Eintracht side in El quarters they are STILL staying on. The club is a joke. It's almost as if we won a treble twenty years ago. It seems that long.

We are a decade behind liverpool its scary.

These kinda statements are silly, because:

A) Football works in cycles. Pool were the joke of the football world for the most part between 1990 and 2015

B) Things change very quick in football. Can come crashing down in 1-2 years or rise to the top in 1-2 years with luck and smart strategy.

No. You're 2 to 3 years good years of coaching and hierarchical management away from being that level.

The club should have a clear idea, world class coach, top professionals running the club and player power should be kicked out. If a player is more powerful than the manager the club is 2 months away from meltdown. Screw the Mbappes, give me Klopp anyday over these kinda players!

Football is becoming more and more about systems now.

Nah. Their team will be finished in 3 seasons. Similar to old Barca, if they keep all old key players like Salah, Mane etc. Lower motivation, lower intensity etc.

Unless they can make key signings and replace some older key players. Even Dijk will be old then.

I just learned that Ruedigervsigned a 4 yrs contract with Real Madrid. If Mbappe will go to Real Madrid what chances do we have against Real in the next 5 years? The answer is just simple: ANY.
This should mostly scary us. We will be nowhere just Real?s shadow. Embarrassing!
