Really happy for him, had a great WC and saving your NT three games in a row after being benched the first game and the hard time at barca must feel amazing.

Now back to barca, i think he can improve a lot if he would constantly play. But i don't think he will ever suit our style well, his passing and the way he defends don't match our game imo so idk if he will ever play a bigger role here.

If a really good offer of like more than 20mil comes in i wod consider selling him if he wants to leave, if not loan to la liga club.

Mina proooobably isnt the ideal defender we need but look at Pique, this guy is in shambles and we need a more solid and reliable defender at the back.

Yip he would.

Just pluck 50m figures from thin air though. Suits you.

No he wouldn't.

Just pluck 15m figures from thin air, suits you better.

I didn't say he's currently worth 50M first of all. Read the question first, for which I wrote 50M valuation, don't ashame yourself.

Just twisting others' statements to prove your agenda, as usual.

I think Mina should easily go for north of 35 mil, minimum. World Cup hype is incredible. When garbage players are going for 40-70m, it would take some pathetic negotiating to get anything less than 35-40m for him.

I don't think sending him on loan makes any sense. You either try developing and integrating him into the team now, now more so considering Pique is shit, and if it doesn't work out, sell him. Or you take a call now and sell him when he's got hype. I don't get what loaning him out is going to do. Even if he plays decently well in another mid table team, when he comes back he's going to need to learn to play the "barca" way (whatever that is right now), and he's going to get shitty minutes again.

I still don't think he's what we need. He's found a role that suits him with Columbia and he's generating a ton of hype by scoring goals (Which I maintain is a useless way to measure a defender, especially when playing with his NT, which is also useless), but his general ability to handle 1v1 situations, position himself, and dominate faster attackers still seems rather lacking. He's not the first player to have a top class world cup where his flaws aren't on full display but those flaws are still definitely there, and playing England (A pretty weak team offensively, all things considered) isn't going to be nearly as tough as trying to compete with some of the quick, tricky attackers he'll have to contend with in La Liga.

We can loan him, sure, but with very few exceptions we do not make loans with the hope of that player returning with enough experience to play for Barca.

Barçapocalypse NOW!
Best case scenario is selling both him and Vermaelen to the PL for a combined of 40-50 million... And get two reliable and young CBs that fit our style, maybe get Marlon back also...

Piqué is average anyway, so the more options we have the better...

No one would be bidding anywhere close to 50m for him from Brazil on back of the World Cup.

Clueless.
