Without doubt for me:

Generally all Nike Home kits for the 2014 World Cup are class, except for Portugal Home but the away is OK.
I would add that the collar messes up the Brazil Home Kit and England 2013 was better than 2014.

Puma Uruguay, Chile are also both OK.

The hall of shame for me are all the Adidas kits for the World Cup especially all kits in one color ( especially Germany all white and Argentina's fading stripes + white shorts ), except for Spain Home which is OK, I like that red but it ain't no all time hall of fame.
