My dream transfer.
Klopp did call him and ask him to come to Liverpool back in 2018 when he was unhappy at Bayern.
But RL9 was thinking of Madrid. Bayern never listened to offers for him anyways.

Rodrygo is definitely world class. I don't understand the comparison with Pedro, Rodrygo starts most big games for Madrid.
Elite ball striking, close ball control, good in tight spaces, would torment most fake EPL defenders 1v1. Only thing I think he lacks is a little more creativity in the final third.
Compared to Vini he is level headed and humble, doesn't get rattled easily and I don't think his workrate would be a problem. Probably the best option there is to replace Salah.
I would love to see him play for a more likeable club, that's for sure. He's a good player who's unbelievably clutch as well.

Rodrygo is not world class imo. 13G+8A in 41 games is world class as winger at Real Madrid? Last year 18+8 in 52 games. He's very inconsistent although a proven big CL game player. He'd fit in at Liverpool and they are probably hoping they can elevate his level to that of Salah's.

Because Liverpool's finances are tighter than a camel's arsehole in a sandstorm. He should get at least 2-3x more at PSG. Almost 20 players in that PSG who make more than he does currently.
Probably also feels Liverpool will lose their status as top club after the old core leaves.

And it looks like PSG has a brighter future than Liverpool. Looks like Liverpool will be champions this year but they could be out of top 4 next season if they don't extend the 3 contracts.

You have to consider rodrygo is second fiddle to ham/mbappe/vini and he isnt playing at his best position (LW) and still he is a terrific big game scorer. He needs to leave Real and go to a team where he can play LW and he will explode i feel 🤔

On the other hand, being second fiddle to great players give you spaces and allow you to attack them, in Liverpool he will be the main star, treated by different standards.
I feel he will be better in a club like City for example, where he can be LW starter but not the star of the show.
