Pale reasons, these two, for any professional having some ambition in him.
Unless PSG turns into a force that plays CL finals each year, this is a move made by weak personalities

PS: As for Liverpool losing their status,
I don't think so as long as Edwards is there.

Big summer window for Edwards. Huge changes in the squad upcoming. I'm nervous but you must be excited?

Haha, yes
I like changes. I have grown tired of this Pool squad, apart from the 3 mds it hasn't been refreshed for ages.
And i wanna see what Edwards - Hughes will bring

Liverpool will have to spend big soon or they are going to go backwards rapidly.

It is different when building under Klopp they expect to maintain success now.

Isn't Edwards the one who got those donkeys in the first place?

Diaz, Nunes, even Jota at times?

Dude Edwards left LFC and returned recently.

And Jota is a successful signing by all accounts. Diaz isn't a flop overall.

Edwards is the GOAT at his job. Absolute genius.

Dortmund and AM also managed to fleece Barto just as bad, so 140 M for Coutinho isn't as impressive as it seems.
Look at his signings. That's where he got his reputation.

His only L was Keita, who was a great fit for us but was screwed by injuries.

Chelsea, United and other big clubs were desperate to sign Edwards.

Edwards got Jota, as a supersub of Mane and Salah, and got it spot on for what he was.

Edwards was on the exit ramp when they got Diaz, not sure it was his decision. Probably this one was made by Julian ward

As for Nunez, Edwards was gone, and would have never let them spend 80m without strong backing from data.
Nunez was all Klopp signings, and all Klopp's fault
