He's low key pissed right now lol
I think if we would be 2 goals up he would have played, but I still think he would work well in DM even though some members disagreed with me when I mentioned it last time. Sure, not all CB's can magically become alright DM's - but Faye has amazing passes, fast and works hard and understands what's going on around him + he's cool when pressed.

They should have started him or subbed him in, no need for curbarsi to have played 90 minutes today, with a came Tuesday.

At that point they are just pushing there luck.

No sense at all not to give him his 1st minutes. But yeah, play dead men stinking up the place.

Last one tu pull this card, but. If he was Catalan being brilliant at Barca B would he have gotten minutes?

I just hope we don't fuck up and sell this kid for some 5 or 10 million. Knowing the clowns at the club it's very possible. He should have made his debut by now. He's been impressive and as a previous poster mentioned I really think he could be great at DM. PHYSICALLY, this guy is a monster. Exactly what a modern CB or DM should be.

Hopefully Xavi adds him to the squad tomorrow, since Christensen and Roberto are out injured, none of this two keeper nonsense.

Not that he'll play, but we'll only have Martinez and Alonso in the squad.

He isn't in CL squad.

There are 2 CL squads, first team and 8 youth players, the later need to be in the club for 2 full years. So Faye was only eligible for first team squad. We didn't do that.

Xavi put Cubarsi on the list ahead of Faye.

Xavi knew his greatness before all of us.

Though I wonder how Faye could of done with the opportunity. We would have suffered more in possession out of the back, but imagine Faye-Araujo together on the defensive end.

Pretty much confirmed he'll be promoted. Deco met with his agent (Olmo's father) to talk about adjusting his wages as a first team player. Hopfully they'll also add a year or two to his contract.

If Rafa will also be promoted then will be interesting to see how he'll manage minutes of Cubarsi and Faye.

LaLiga football is totally different. There's a chance that Faye goes into pro-ball and looks a star given it is more structured.

System will be the same if Rafa is promoted but he'll play alongside better and/or more experienced players.

Very good chance that's what will happen.

I get a sense that whoever our other coach will be, will go a bit slower with the integration of the youth players, including curbarsi.

I wouldn't be surprised if our starting back 4 is.

Cancelo, Araujo, Kounde, balde
Assuming we keep cancelo.

Reports in sport for whatever it's worth, says Marquez likes to take it slowly with youth players, Guille might see very few minutes too, if he's good enough, compared to if Xavi was still the manager.

Not a criticism, just a different way of doing things.
