Can't be arsed to search. Is it the same injury he had before?

Same leg, different injury, hamstring this time

October was right knee
November was right upper thigh (adductor)
January more muscular issues
February broadly aggravation of same thing cuz of ligament damage

Not a player that gets much attention these days, but that was a solid performance against one of the best sides in the world.

He has struggled with injuries for so long, very happy for him last night.

Doensnt have legs used to and City didnt target him enough when Foden isnt going to run him.

Grealish could have scored a couple when on.

I know we have "back-ups", but are we really banking on Carvajal being fit most of the season?

I admit i haven't followed football much in recent weeks, are we really not looking for another right back?

Nah said himself he wants to try for a spot
Asensio closer to go and if happens to leave Lucas could move back to RW

ACL injury confirmed, some reports it includes tendon and other ligaments.

Tough break for him, big injury when he is almost 33 and on contract year.

Players need to form an union and demand fewer matches. 18 club la liga, cutting the teams in champions league and dissolution of nations league come to mind.

You know if they form a union, they will do the exact opposite, right?

Less games = less money.
Less teams = less players getting paid at top level.

And because only small percentage of those players play that much. Cutting games, especially in the league, will mean less money for the lower players whom actually need that money more. OTOH, top players won't care that much.

Players and agents greed are one of the main fuel for those extra games.

PS: Liga actually has a player union.

Altough I didn't like him most of his career, in the last Euros and the celebrations afterwards he gained some sympathy. Hopefully he can return to his normal form again. An ACL injury with nearly 33 isn't the easiest thing to overcome.
