Can't even get past a terrible Rangers team in Europe (though to be fair Rangers have been good in EL in recent years).

Absolutely yesterday's man and his career (by top level standards) goes from bad to worse. He even looks tired, worn out, and fucked up. He's always been very basic tactically compared to other coaches.

Football left him behind many years ago, and the only reason people still care about him is his charisma (and his hype in the media from his past achievements).

Fair points but this is a bit disingenuous lol. Chelsea were never really a serious contender, at best an upper mid-table team. Mourinho came in when Abramovich bankrolled the club, so he had much more money and resources than previous coaches did (though they did spend a good amount in the 90s).
